Job Description:
1. Meeting with Zonal Category team and plan how to achieve sales target on a monthly basis.
2. Primary/Secondary targets of Distributors.
3. Decide & Share monthly PTR.
4. Targets to be achieved for every single territory (Distributors/team members).
5. Potential assessment basis population.
6. Deciding Volumes, Variant potential.
7. Planning required infrastructure- Retailers/Service Schedule/Area.
8.Executives/Distributor (direct-indirect partner)/Stock Investments/Infrastructure /Efficient Supply Chain/Warehousing.
9. Quarterly Volume projections and achievement.
10. Required Working Capital deployment.
11. Ensure desired Manpower (Sales Executives, Backend, Logistic staff).
12. Warehousing (Approachability/Reconciliation/Inspection/Security).
13. Minimum Inventory levels basis stock norms on desired Variants/SKUs.
