Job Description:
We are looking to onboard a Head of Brand Marketing who will drive our brand's growth in the minds of individuals, families, and businesses concerned about cybersecurity in the USA and Canada. This is a critical role positioned at the intersection of marketing, sales, and strategy. The ideal candidate is expected to create high-impact lead generation campaigns, develop compelling content, and craft innovative marketing strategies. They should continuously showcase our mission, values, and unique selling propositions (USPs) to increase brand awareness and drive conversions from free users to premium subscribers.
About the Role:
The Head of Brand Marketing will lead marketing initiatives from the ground up, drivinga0to1 journey for the company's marketing efforts. We are seeking a problem solver and a doer-someone who gets things done and isn't just focused on management but on execution and results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Craft comprehensive B2Cmarketingstrategies to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
2. Lead Digital Marketing Campaigns: Oversee PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and affiliate-based marketing campaigns targeted at key.
3. Align Marketing with Business Goals: Collaborate closely with support and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and achieve business objectives.
4. Content Marketing: Execute content marketing initiatives such as thought leadership pieces and product showcases that demonstrate AVP Suite's expertise.
5. Optimize Organic Channels: Manage and enhance organic marketing channels for maximum brand visibility and engagement.
6. Data-Driven Approach: Build a marketing strategy focused on measuring campaign performance and ensuring high ROI.
7. Hands-On Execution: Be directly involved in delivering marketing initiatives-driving actions, solving problems, and ensuring success at each step.
8. Team Leadership: Build and develop a marketing team focused on creativity, accountability, and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of proven experience in marketing within the cybersecurity, software, or B2C saas products across the North American region.
- Strong capability to build and execute campaigns that resonate with consumers and business leaders in the USA and Canada.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a 0 to 1 journey, establishing marketing foundations from scratch.
