Purpose and Role Brief:

- To drive the growth and expansion of our commercial leasing business at for North region, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Commercial Leasing.

- This role is pivotal to identifying and securing strategic leasing opportunities, fostering client relationships, and enhancing the profitability of our commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing a business plan to help the company grow and achieve its goals

- Evaluating potential locations for new Centers based on market demand and competition from existing businesses

- Developing strategic plans to help existing Centers improve performance.

- Identify potential franchisees through various channels such as IPC's (International Property Consultants), brokers and Consultants in generating potential leads., including online inquiries, referrals, industry events, targeted marketing campaigns, and cold calling.

- Explore and establish new leasing opportunities to achieve business growth in the North region.

- Optimize leasing strategies to ensure high occupancy levels and competitive rental yields for all commercial properties.

- Collaborate with leadership to implement forward- thinking strategies that cater to evolving market trends and client needs.

- Act as a key ambassador for promoting our properties and services while ensuring alignment with our organizational values and goals.

- Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall franchise success.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and franchise regulations to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for business development.

- Expertise in the flex space market is highly advantageous
