Senior Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics Retail & Commerce

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager with expertise in managing large-scale implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex retail projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail (Commerce), ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop comprehensive project plans, and monitor progress using project management tools.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while resolving issues promptly.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project progress, risks, and changes.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all project activities comply with organizational and industry standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance delivery methodologies and contribute to organizational best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. PMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 10 - 15 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail or F&O.
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of retail processes, including POS systems, supply chain, inventory management, and customer engagement.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce modules, integrations, and retail-specific functionalities.
• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and other project management tools.
