Roles and Responsibilities

1.Travel Management:

• Oversee and coordinate Pan India and international travel arrangements for the Director.

• Manage logistics, itineraries, and ensure a smooth travel experience.

Document Management:

• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files for all start-ups.

• Assist in preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.

2. Handling Coordination within the Organization

• Facilitate coordination between all HOD

• Ensure timely and efficient execution of the given tasks.

3. Confidentiality:

• Uphold a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

• Implement protocols to safeguard confidential data.

4. Ad Hoc Support:

• Provide additional support as required to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

• Address unforeseen challenges promptly and efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role or executive assistance position.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  
• Proficiency in calendar management software like Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook etc,.
