Job Title: Residential Nurse

Reports to: Nursing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.

2. Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.

3. Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other nursing interventions.

4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

1. Current nursing registration.

2. 2+ years of experience in residential care.
