Store Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for handling store activities, from billing and cash reconciliation to inventory management and report generation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a good grasp of store operations, and a commitment to maintaining efficient workflows and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Manage the daily store operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Account Management: Handle account management, including billing, cash reconciliation, and overseeing financial transactions.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise store staff, ensuring that tasks are delegated efficiently and the store operates smoothly.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stock Management: Oversee stock management, including receiving new inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring proper inventory control.
• Documentation: Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of challans, invoices, and other required documents.
• Reporting: Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to upper management, detailing sales, inventory, and staff performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in store management or similar roles.
• Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Accounting Knowledge: Good understanding of accounting principles, billing processes, and cash reconciliation.
• Inventory Management: Knowledge and experience in managing inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination.
• Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, Tally ERP, and basic accounting software.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (both spoken and written). Knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
