Head - Site Operations - Petrochemical Refinery Plant (20-25 yrs)

Our Client is a US-based company that converts carbon emissions into sustainable fuels and chemicals.

Our client's products are low-carbon footprint materials produced via their proprietary gas fermentation process which utilizes recycled carbon emissions as the feedstock for new and more sustainable materials.

Position: Head - Site Operations

Location: Panipat, India

CTC: 35 Lakhs - 45 Lakhs

Reports to: India Operations Head based in Gurgaon

Role Overview: Our client seeks an experienced leader to manage Site Operations in Panipat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refinery and petrochemical operations and commissioning,

Responsibilities:

- Oversee site operations and management.

- Optimize operational efficiency and productivity.

- Coordinate with the client (a large Petrochemical refinery) and key stakeholders for smooth project execution.

- Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance.

- Lead and manage a professional team to achieve goals.

- Develop budgets and monitor financial performance.

- Implement best practices for continuous improvement.

- Provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

- 20 - 25 years of experience in a Private or Public Sector Unit (PSU) as a professional with a Refinery / Petrochemicals background.

- Those from PSUs can be at SM / DGM / GM level, including recent retirees.

- Extensive experience in refinery or petrochemical operations and commissioning.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA.
