Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Location: Delhi, India
CTC: 40 L to 50 L
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap. o Ensure the technology strategy aligns with the business objectives and scale to continue to maintain our market leadership.
- Act as a thought leader and advisor to the executive team on all technology-related matters.
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability to achieve business goals.
- Ensure the integration of customer-facing and back-office systems for smooth operations. Maintain compliance with global and local data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify and implement tech solutions that support business goals.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective technology investments
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Set and track KPIs for technology initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable business value.
- Provide regular updates to the leadership team on technology projects and performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science / IT. MBA Preferred.
- The CTO should have Coding experience and still be hands-on.
- 8 - 10 years of experience with at least 2 years in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry is desirable.
- Strong expertise in software development, system architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management and team building.
- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
