- We are seeking an AI Senior Developer for BTP ABAP AI with a strong background in AI technologies and ABAP language to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have proven track record of successfully delivering complex and cutting-edge AI projects for ABAP and BTP based solutions.

- Your role involves innovatively applying AI solutions to ABAP's language and programming models.

Responsibilities :

- Manage AI project lifecycle from inception to rollout within ABAP tools, focusing on timely execution and adherence to high-quality standards.

- Train /fine-tune large language models to address the specific needs of the ABAP language and programming models.

- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

- Analyze and preprocess large datasets to prepare them for modeling.

- Conduct experiments and performance evaluations of AI models.

- Document development processes and create technical specifications.

- Empower developers by seamlessly integrating AI technology into their workflows, equipping them with advanced tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and output quality.

- Share your knowledge and educate developers to harness AI technology for business application development.

- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI and machine learning.

What you bring :

- Hands on experience with AI innovations like natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLM) or traditional ML /AI model training with proven track record of driving the successful launch and market adoption of AI solutions.

- Proficiency in ABAP programming language is necessary.

- Candidates are expected to understand ABAP development principles, SAP systems, and programming models.

- Experience /Knowledge in the full life cycle of software development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment and knowledge of agile software development processes.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial.

- Showcasing programming skills and problem-solving abilities through personal or academic projects is highly valued.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, emphasizing the ability to work well in global and cross-cultural team.

- Fluency in English is a must for this role.
