Key Responsibilities:
- IPO Advisory & Execution: Guide companies through the IPO process, including structuring, valuation, and compliance.
- Financial Analysis & Valuation: Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and market analysis to determine IPO pricing and positioning.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI, stock exchange, and other regulatory requirements for IPO filings.
- Investor Relations: Develop and execute investor roadshows, presentations, and meetings with potential institutional and retail investors.
- Coordination with Stakeholders: Work closely with legal advisors, auditors, underwriters, and stock exchanges for smooth IPO execution.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with IPO transactions and market conditions.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor IPOs, and investment opportunities to optimize client strategies.
