Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising & Investor Relations:
• Lead fundraising efforts, including equity, debt, and alternative financing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
• Manage investor reporting and communication to ensure transparency and trust.
• Financial Strategy & Fund Management:
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and investments for optimal financial health.
• Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of funds to maximize returns.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Business Growth & Strategic Decision Making:
• Provide strategic insights and financial leadership to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the executive team to shape business and expansion strategies.

Key Requirements:

• CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 6+ years of experience in corporate finance, fundraising, and investor relations.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial structuring, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
