About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to drive the growth and success of our venture studio. This role requires a dynamic professional who can effectively engage with venture capitalists, secure funding, support founders in showcasing their products, and build a robust network of investors. As a one-person powerhouse, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our venture studio and its portfolio of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising and Investor Relations:

- Engage with VCs, angel investors, and institutional investors to secure funding for the venture studio and its portfolio companies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the investor community.

- Prepare and present compelling pitch decks and financial models to potential investors.

2. Portfolio Support:

- Collaborate with founders to arrange and facilitate product demos and presentations for investors.

- Provide strategic guidance to founders on fundraising strategies, investor expectations, and growth opportunities.

3. Financial Strategy and Management:

- Oversee financial planning and budgeting for the venture studio.

- Develop and track KPIs to measure the performance of portfolio companies and the studio as a whole.

4. Network Development:

- Build and expand a high-value network of investors, industry leaders, and mentors to support the studio's growth.

- Organize and participate in networking events, pitch sessions, and industry conferences.

5. Studio Growth:

- Act as a strategic thinker and executor to identify growth opportunities for the venture studio and its products.

- Drive partnerships and collaborations that align with the studio's mission and goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in venture capital, fund raising, startup acceleration, or investment banking.

- Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze and present financial data effectively.

- Exceptional communication and networking skills with a track record of building investor relationships.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

- Familiarity with SaaS, Generative AI, or SpaceTech is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
