Working Days: 6 days/week

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively via phone calls.
• Provide prompt and professional email communication to address customer queries and concerns.
• Process customer orders accurately through the Shopify platform.
• File claims and disputes on various e-commerce platforms.
• Manage and resolve RTO (Return to Origin) claims efficiently.
• Conduct win-back calls to retain and re-engage customers.
• Responsible for product listing and inventory management across all channels, including Shopify.
• Coordinate with teams for order processing, delivery, and returns to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Provide support for delivery and exchange processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Share Razorpay payment links with customers and assist them with payment-related queries.
• Stay self-motivated and display a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer relationship management.

• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (speaking and writing).

• Proficient in Shopify and knowledgeable in handling the platform for order management.

• A quick learner with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
