Assistant Manager - Retail Design (Mall Background)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the leasing brief in terms of mall positioning, zoning, brand mix, etc and also the distinct requirements of various product categories.

• Review brand / retailer brief from the Leasing team and conduct detailed research on brands in terms of its operating model, product offerings by visiting stores at other malls.

• Drive the activation of retailers by providing them with the retail design criteria manual and core drawings post the signing of the LOI.

• Prepare a fit-out checklist starting from design submittal stage upto trading day and get it approved by the retailer.

• Monitor the fit-out process on regular basis and reports the reasons for delays/ non-adherence.
