The Minimalist - Junior Content Wtiter (2-3 yrs)

1. Creative

- Write copy for a variety of media including social, print, video, and online

- Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputsIdeate and strategise creative campaigns for brands- Collaborate with creative, product, marketing to assess project needs and help with messaging

- Drive brand consistency across all company communications

- Develop and implement brand guidelines

- Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere

- See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment

2. Team Management:

- Mentoring junior staff and evaluating candidates for promotions, added responsibilities and increments

- Identifying training & development needs of the team & ensuring same is met in coordination with HR

- Providing orientation to new joinees & on the job training.

3. Coordination:

- Lead the projects & provide all the creative & technical support required.

- Closely work with Design & Copy team to deliver the project as per client's requirement.

4. Project Management

- Keeping a track of ongoing projects.

- Maintaining a draft of project requirements and share the same with content & design team for their understanding.

5. Learning & development:

- Understanding of brand (for allocated clients)

- Ownership of Self Development

- Knowledge Sharing among team members

- Attending Training & Development programs
