Job Description
The Mad Brains Technologies is seeking a passionate and innovative UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in user experience design, with a focus on creating engaging, intuitive, and user-centred digital products. The ideal candidate will work closely with other designers and developers to ensure a seamless user journey across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze insights to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure designs are effectively implemented.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine design solutions.
- Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and effectiveness.
- bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, user research methods, and usability testing.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow in a team environment.
- Familiarity with creating personas, journey maps, and user flows.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for understanding user behaviour and improving user experience
