• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.

• Handle offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.

• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Assist in HR policy development and compliance.

1. Employee Engagement:

• Plan and execute engagement activities.
• Conduct employee feedback surveys and propose improvements.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues.

1. HR Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Generate and analyze HR reports for insights.
