Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an OFF Page Team Lead located in Bengaluru.
- The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the off-page SEO strategy, link building initiatives, and managing a team of content creators and outreach specialists.
- The Team Lead will also collaborate with the marketing team to drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in off-page SEO strategies and paid link building.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of content marketing and outreach techniques.
- Analytical skills for monitoring and improving search engine rankings.
- Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Google Analytics and Google Adwords certifications are a plus .
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive off-page SEO strategies:
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify link building opportunities.
- Research and implement effective link building techniques, including guest blogging, influencer outreach, and content syndication.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and media outlets.
- Identify and pursue high-quality, relevant backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead and manage a high-performing team:
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of content creators and outreach specialists.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.
- Provide regular feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Track team progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align off-page SEO efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure content is optimized for search and link building.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance:
- Track key metrics, including website traffic, rankings, and backlink profiles.
- Analyze search engine results pages (SERPs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on SEO performance and campaign results.
- Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to gather data and insights.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends:
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry news.
- Attend industry conferences and webinars to expand knowledge and network.
- Continuously research and explore new link building opportunities and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience: 3+ years of experience in off-page SEO strategies, including link building, outreach, and content marketing.
