Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional L&D Manager for the West (Pune & Mumbai) Region at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals in Pune.

- The Regional L&D Manager will be responsible for training & development, learning management, instructional design, and leadership development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the hospital staff.

Qualifications:

- Should have 5 to 10 year's of strong technical experience in L&D role for healthcare industry.

- Identifying training needs and designing training calendar for delivery of qualitative training programs.

- Developing training manuals and other training material.

- Designing cost effective training programs.

- Establishing and monitoring system to evaluate training programs.

- Experience in Training & Development, Training, and Instructional Design.

- Proficiency in Learning Management systems.

- Knowledge of Leadership Development principles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record in designing and implementing training program.
