Description -

• 5 to 8 + years of experience in Appian application support and BPM-based solution development, with proven expertise in:

1. Appian versions 19.x, 20.x, 21.x, and above.
2. Databases: Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
3. Web Services: SOAP/REST, HTML, XML, JSON.
4. Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Rally.
5. Appian features: Appian Sites, Appian Records, UX design, SAML, and OAuth framework.

• Skilled in leading application support engagements, including monitoring, tracking progress, reporting metrics, and ensuring application performance and availability.
• Experience in system integration, mobile applications, portal applications, and extended interface development using the Appian suite.
• Appian Level 2 (or above) certification is mandatory.
• Hands-on expertise in production application support, incident management, problem management, and Appian development.
• Strong understanding of Appian architecture, best practices, and BPMN standards.
• Experience in Appian plug-in development, system integrations, and production support for both in-house and cloud-hosted environments.
• Proficient in relational database management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Strong problem-solving, design, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
