Java Lead - Spring Frameworks (8-14 yrs)

Job Title: Technical Lead - Java

Work Location : Belapur, Navi Mumbai / Chennai (Work from Office)

Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent

Experience : 7+ years of relevant experience (Banking domain experience preferred)

Technical Skills Required :

- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Web Services, PL/SQL, and Microservices.

- Strong hands-on experience with JDK 1.8+.

- Expertise in Spring Framework, Eclipse, Oracle SQL, and web services.

- Experience with Struts, Ajax, and Angular.

- In-depth knowledge of SOA and Microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with encryption and security protocols is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.

- Guide team members on technical aspects and review technical documents.

- Manage a team of 5+ members, ensuring timely and quality project deliveries.

- Plan, execute, and oversee project milestones, ensuring projects are completed within timelines.

- Serve as the primary customer interface, addressing issues proactively.

- Create and review functional and technical specification documents.

- Track and allocate tickets/incidents, ensuring SLA/KPI/OLA adherence.

- Promote continuous improvement by exploring more efficient ways of working.

Team & Project Management :

- Lead the delivery team while fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Motivate, mentor, and develop team members.

- Ensure compliance with software quality processes and project timelines.

- Provide application production support as per defined processes.
