Backend Developer - Spring Frameworks (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality enterprise-level web applications.

You will play a crucial role in building scalable and robust backend systems that power our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend components of web applications.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards (i.e., SOLID, KISS, DRY).

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with the frontend.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.

- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends.

- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in software development and database management.

- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA).

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- In-depth knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
