We have an urgent opening for the below mentioned role.

Designation: Manager/Engineer - Planning & Review

Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B Tech - Civil

Role:

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Good drafting abilities.

4. Project Planning, Scheduling and monitoring on monthly/weekly basis.

5. Tracking project progress and preparing project reports i.e. DPR, MPR, procurement reports & meeting reports.

6. Planning & co-ordinating for material procurement for projects. And following up with purchase department for timely delivery of materials.

7. Cash flow charts preparation & tracking

8. Preparation of PFS (Project Financial Statement) & updating project costs every quarter.

9. Study of tender document, claims management and correspondence with department and concerned or associated authorities.

10. Organising review meeting in coordination with Project Office & site team every month/week & follow up for achievement of target.

11. Revision in planning & identification of bottle necks in project schedule. Preparation & implementation of strategies to cover back logs.

12. Preparation of Project Budget & follow-up for achievement

13. Subcontractor billing & Sub-contractors management.

14. Departments RA bill tracking for cash flow.

15. Coordinating with execution team for monitoring project progress.
