Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - Python (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

We are hiring AI/ML Engineer for the a decade old Ahmedabad based software consulting firm having 130+ employees. This job role is a remote but the candidate needs to visit Ahmedabad two times in a year at their own expense.

Must Have :

- 2-4 years of experience with hands-on experience in AI and ML with proficiency in Python Development

- Have sound software fundamentals with ML in Python Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.

- Gen AI Technologies: Prompt Engineering, LLM Development using Langchain, Semantic Kernel, Open Source/API-based LLMs

- AI/ML Subfields such as Neural Networks, Computer Vision, Speech Processing, Natural Language Processing and techniques like RAG, Finetuning and more

- AIML Tools such as AzureML, Google ML, AWS AI/ML, H2O, DataBricks, DataRobots, and any other tools

- Proficient knowledge of software configuration management systems

- Robust business acumen, strategy, and cross-industry thought leadership

- Awareness of the latest technologies and Industry trends

- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to collaborate

Additional Skills (Bonus Points For) :

- Have experience with backend development and can transform good programs to APIs or an SDK

- Any credible cloud partner certification

- Having contributed to the open-source community or have published any repositories in the past relevant to this JD.
