Senior Associate - Recruitment

Must Haves:

1. Candidate must have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills so as to speak to candidates, stakeholders, screen/validate profiles etc.
2. Candidate must have experience and be skilled to use Naukri/ LinkedIn and other Job Portals for profile sourcing
3. Candidate must have exposure of stakeholder management/ client handling

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced SAP and Oracle Recruiter to join our team. As a specialized recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for positions related to SAP and Oracle technologies. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on SAP and Oracle technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle systems, modules, and job roles is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
