Trainee - Account Coordinator

• Work with other functions to collect or provide relevant data within the framework provided

Contribution Goals:

1. Support Sales Operations team by preparing Functional dashboards, Opportunity Pipeline reports based on CRM tool like Salesforce
2. Ensure strong levels of client engagement, expressed in terms of quantifiable metrics
3. Support overall program growth and development by timely delivery, consistent communication and commitment

Support for Business Development:

1. Support the Sales operations team by maintaining accurate and current opportunities list
2. Client usage reporting (monthly or quarterly)

Client Delivery Management:

1. Send CPE credits following webcast events
2. Content updates in Advisory IP Management Tool
3. Support monitoring of the Advisory Helpdesk
4. Remain current and knowledgeable on all Advisory program offerings and Advisor staff competencies to align Advisory resources with client needs

Relationship Management:

1. Be viewed as an expert in balancing workload and prioritization
2. Develop effective written communications on a consistent basis
3. Work collaboratively with the Sales Operations team, ask appropriate questions, seek proper understanding
4. Achieve proficiency in Client Relationship Management tools (Salesforce)

Business / Personal Management:

1. Maintain compliance with all firm policies and procedures (e.g. time reporting, PMP Processes)
2. Execute on professional development goals (e.g. skills development, capability expansion)
3. Achieve mastery in problem solving and troubleshooting skills
4. Regularly seeks and contributes expertise/insight within the Sales Operations team, facilitating exchange of ideas and application of best practices

• Must be an MBA from a Business school of repute with Sales / Marketing as a major
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office skills with mastery in Excel (advanced)
• Must be adept in making client level presentations (oral & written)
• Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
• Must have willingness and aptitude towards client relationship management
• Knowledge of Power BI with hands-on experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM will be an added advantage

• Should have an understanding of business objectives and organization structure
• The candidate must have strong work ethics andtrustworthiness
• The candidate should possess attention to detail and also maintain confidentiality and integrity
• Must be highly collaborative and be a team player with commitment to excellence

• Should have knowledge in client relationship management, Reporting/Dashboards or related industry
• Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently

• Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables with a mature approach
