Asset Administrator

• The Hackett Group is looking for a motivated individual to join the IT (Information Technology) team. This individual would be managing our laptop assets, and software licenses.

Roles & Responsibilities.

Laptop Asset Management:

• Coordinate the shipping, receiving, imaging, and repairs with our IT vendors in the US, UK, Germany, Mexico and Uruguay.
• Track new hire forecasts, and current stock of devices and recommend purchases/disposals as necessary.
• Provide charge back details to Finance for purchased items.
• Keep Hacketts inventory up to date.

Software Management:

• Get approvals, provision, and track software licenses.
• Provide charge back details to Finance for purchased items.
• Audit software license usage at renewal.
• Keep Hackett's inventory up to date

Must Haves-

• Documentation skills using Microsoft Office.
• Must be very well organized.
• Must be able to pay strict attention to detail and follow processes already in place.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with a ticketing system is a plus.
