Designation: Guest Relation Executive
Scope of the role:
A Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. This role involves welcoming guests, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Interaction & Customer Relations:
• Welcome and greet all guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and
check-out process.
• Provide personalized service by addressing guests by name and understanding their preferences.
• Managing footfall and customer wait time, and being responsible for overall customer experience
• Provide guests with accurate information about the property and services.
2. Complaint Resolution:
• Address and resolve initial level guest complaints effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
• Assist in investigating tagging and clash issues as and when found necessary.
3. Communication, Form filling & Reports:
• Act as a liaison between guests and various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.
• CIF form filling and updating data on SFDC.
• Sending daily reports as required by various teams.
