- Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Founder's/ promoters on a daily basis for managing end to end Operations for the company.

- You will play a crucial role in managing the operations and critical assignments of the organization. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision.

- Identify areas for process improvement, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency.

- Act as a liaison between various departments and ensure effective communication and coordination.

- Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the founder promoters for informed decision-making.

- Support critical assignments and special projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to achieve targets and objectives.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

2. Proven experience in operations management, project management, or a PMO role within the fintech or financial services industry.

3. Strong understanding of operational processes, business strategy, and project management methodologies.

4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

6. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

7. Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis software.

8. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial industry is preferred.
