Job Description:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive the creative vision and design strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
2. Client Collaboration:
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs, brand identity, and spatial requirements.
- Present design concepts, proposals, and detailed plans with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure creating and maintaining seamless client communication channel to ensure all key detailed are relayed to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
3. Design Excellence:
- Oversee the development of innovative and functional design concepts tailored to commercial office environments.
- Ensure all design outputs, including layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings, meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
4. Project Oversight:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring designs are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders including project managers, contractors, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure regular reporting and maintain progress reports including site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related challenges.
- In-Depth understanding of market rates of all generic products and materials used for interior fit-outs.
5. Trendsetting and Innovation:
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
- Advocate for innovative solutions and materials that enhance functionality and aesthetics.
6. Operational Management:
- Develop and implement design standards, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
