The nature of your duties will be managerial and it will also include work / duties assigned to you from time to time. Bank reserves its rights to change these at its sole discretion to meet the exigencies of work and overall banks objectives.

• Checking and Issuance of Title Opinions irrespective of loan amount.
• Issuance of In-House reports under APF.
• Updating property details in Cersai site and pulling out Cersai reports and Creation / Addition of banks charge on the properties, satisfying the charge and maintaining the record of the same.
• Scrutiny and verification of documentation of entire loan and advances documents. (All term loan documents, Auto Loan MOU, DSA Agreements Renewals and facilities, Letter to recovery agents, etc.
• Representing bank in Sub-registrars office for creation of Registered mortgage and Release of mortgage as a bank official.
• Maintaining the Post disbursal activities by tracking and monitoring it.
• Reading and analyzing of property documents inwarded in the MIS for Title opinion of Individual files.
• Drafting and Issuance of In-House title opinion for files inwarded upto Rs. 25 Lakhs.
• Checking of security documents submitted by the customers in consonance with the Mortgage documents.
• Checking and Issuance of Welcome Letter and renewal facilities letter.
• Drafting of Notice / Letters to society, builder and the concern authorities.
• Attending customers for resolution of the concern / queries with regards to Title clearance.
• Checking the documents of Death Claim Settlement and ensuring the compliance of it.
• Candidates those who have experience in cooperative Bank "Legal Department" will be considered as an added advantage.
