Overview :
- The candidate will be responsible for drive marketing strategies focusing on both B2C (affluent clients) and B2B (real estate developers and luxury brands) initiatives.
- Additionally identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and establish new strategic partnerships with real estate developers, luxury brands, and related service providers.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for and its partners.
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring smooth collaboration and maximization of partnership potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service) to align partnership strategies with business objectives.
- Develop joint marketing and promotional campaigns with partners to increase brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Create and manage partnership performance metrics, tracking KPIs and providing recommendations for optimizing partner relationships.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure the integration of partner-driven campaigns into broader marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting B2C and B2B segments.
- Collaborate with B2B partners to create joint marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
- Organize events and property showcases to engage clients and partners.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
