Position: Advertising Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects large enough to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Leverage knowledge and relationships with brands, media agencies and media buyers to develop revenue opportunities.
- Should have existing relations with advertising agencies and brands preferably in BFSI or Travel or Auto etc.
- Expedite the sales cycle through an understanding of client communication needs and integrate the same with our offerings to maximize reach and visibility.
- Identify client business challenges and translate them into opportunities to sell partnerships and sponsorship solutions.
- Manage client relationships from initial pitch, through closing and transition/onboarding, and long-term strategic account growth.
- Inspire clients and team members by contributing creative sales ideas that impact overall goals and objectives.
- Accurately forecast revenue and proactively mediate challenges that impede sales growth.
Qualifications:
- 10+ year revenue development career track focused on media expertise.
- Proven track record of successfully closing medium and large size deals.
- Good understanding of the digital advertising landscape with terminologies and ability to package print with digital.
- Goal-oriented outlook, with proven experience in building a pipeline of new business and exceeding established financial targets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively inform, motivate, and organize oneself.
