Role Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital to join our team in Mumbai, focusing on our video content and YouTube channel.
- In this full-time, on-site role, you will take the lead on our digital transformation initiatives, crafting and executing innovative strategies that elevate our video offerings and enhance viewer engagement.
- You will manage every aspect of the video production process-from strategy development to execution-while providing strong leadership to our multimedia team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives focused on multimedia content and our YouTube channel.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that drive audience growth and engagement through video.
- Oversee the entire video production process, ensuring high-quality content from concept through to execution.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of multimedia professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Analyze performance metrics, including YouTube analytics, to refine strategies and improve viewer engagement.
- Collaborate across departments to align video initiatives with organizational objectives and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in multimedia production and digital content management, with a strong focus on video.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing digital strategies for video platforms, particularly YouTube.
- Exceptional project management and team leadership skills, with a track record of driving teams from strategy to execution.
- Proficient in YouTube and multimedia analytics tools, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate vision and inspire teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies as they pertain to video content.
