Mixologist

We are seeking a passionate and creative Mixologist to join our five-star hotels Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will craft exceptional beverages, provide outstanding guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of luxury service.

• Design and prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks.
• Innovate new recipes and seasonal menus in collaboration with the Bar Manager.
• Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality of all beverages.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized recommendations and engaging storytelling about the drinks.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Foster a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere at the bar.

• Monitor bar inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed.
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks and assist in minimizing wastage.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as hotel standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and tools.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and policies.

• Train junior bartenders or bar staff in beverage preparation techniques and service standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to pair beverages with food offerings.

• Proven experience as a Mixologist in luxury or fine-dining establishments (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and beverage trends.
• Creativity and ability to develop innovative recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
