Collaborate with other departments to identify procurement needs and coordinate purchasing activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies regarding procurement processes and vendor management.
Oversee the procurement team and provide guidance and support as needed.
Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, including spending analysis, savings achieved, and vendor performance metrics
