UI/UX Designer - Interaction Design (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of user-centric digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging user interfaces and experiences.

Responsibilities :

User Research and Analysis :

- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and goals.

- Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions.

- Create user personas, user flows, and user journey maps to guide the design process.

Wireframing and Prototyping :

- Develop wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.

- Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards throughout the design process.

User Interface Design :

- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand identity and product goals.

- Design interface elements, including icons, buttons, typography, and color schemes.

- Develop style guides and design systems to maintain consistency across different platforms and devices.

Interaction Design :

- Define and design intuitive and seamless interactions, transitions, and animations.

- Ensure a smooth and responsive user experience by collaborating with developers during implementation.

Usability Testing and Feedback :

- Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze user feedback and behavior to make data-driven design decisions.

- Iterate and optimize designs based on user feedback and research insights.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.

- Effectively communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale to cross-functional teams.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.

- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.

- Familiarity with responsive design principles and designing for multiple platforms and devices.

- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
