Reporting Communication

Develop and present risk metrics and reports for senior leadership and governance forums.
Maintain open communication with SCBU (Service Center Business Unit) CRO, Enterprise Risk Management leadership, and senior business leaders.
Provide data-driven insights to influence risk management improvements.

Programs Capabilities

Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals to drive enterprise risk management maturity.
Foster a risk-aware culture by promoting accountability across all levels of the organization.
Collaborate with compliance, internal audit, and information security teams to enhance risk response and governance.

Governance Oversight

Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
Develop and maintain processes to identify, assess, and mitigate key risks.
Lead the Risk Council and other governance forums for risk issue escalation and resolution.

Role requirements

Experience Education

Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, legal audit, or related fields.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and risk functions.

Technical Functional Expertise

Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, regulatory compliance, and financial services industry standards.
Experience in second-line risk management, including risk assessments, key risk indicators (KRIs), control reviews, and incident tracking.
Hands-on experience with risk management tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of financial service products, back-office operations, and technology risks.
Prior experience in risk governance, control frameworks, and issue resolution strategies.

Leadership Soft Skills

Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to drive enterprise-wide risk culture and influence business leaders.
Experience in leading risk governance routines, including councils, committees, and forums.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performance environment.
