Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Reports to: Managing Director

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to Process an IPO and to lead our financial planning, management, and strategy. The ideal candidate Must have experience of processing an IPO in the last 5 yrs. Also, will have a strong background in finance, accounting, taxation, audit in the real estate industry, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or an MBA in Finance.

Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of experience in finance, accounting, taxation, Audits with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Industry: Experience working with real estate developers, or a group having real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and sustainability.

2. Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

3. Accounting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintenance of accounting standards.

4. Fund Raising and Investor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions to secure funding for projects and business growth.

5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring adequate internal controls and risk management frameworks.

6. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.

7. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

8. Real Estate Industry Expertise: Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
