Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining records, filing, payroll management, documentation, and miscellaneous tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong technical skills, and possess effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating employee records.
Managing and organizing HR documents and files.
Processing payroll and ensuring accuracy.
Supporting HR in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinating with employees for any queries related to HR processes.
Handling miscellaneous HR-related activities.
Skills Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong technical skills with the ability to manage HR systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills.
Work Schedule:
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Shift Duration: 8 hours daily
Work Type: In-office

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
