Hr Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant . As an HR Assistant, assisting with various tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Employee Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, attendance, and leave records.
• Communication: Provide excellent customer service and respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or related field.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and proficiency in HR software and systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience: Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software.
