Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inbound or outbound calls, promoting our services or products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your goal is to meet sales targets or provide excellent customer service through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers, offering products and services.
Answer inbound calls and provide information to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Promote special offers, new products, or services to customers.
Maintain a record of all interactions with customers and potential leads.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, sales, or customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and received.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints or issues promptly.
Collaborate with other team members to improve overall performance and customer experience
