Roles & Responsibilities:
1.To grow the Prime HL business and achieve the targeted loan book size.
2. To increase the productivity in terms of value and number of loan disbursals for respective geography.
3. Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team
4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, builders, and real estate agents.
5. Monitor and mitigate credit risk within the portfolio & Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
6. Set clear sales goals and targets for the team.
7. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
8. Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and training to the team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Min 8+ yrs of sales experience in Prime LAP / Home Loan/ Balance Transfer
- Handling DSAs experience is must
- Should be handling team of 40-50 SMs / ASMs
- Good contacts in the market
