About the Role
As the Growth Strategist for UCA (USA, Canada and Australia), you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, channel diversification, and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with media buying, platform, content, and creative teams to analyze ad performance, landing page conversions, and emerging trends to optimize marketing efforts. Additionally, you will support offline retail expansion and new channel strategies to scale the business in North America.
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role requiring a strong mix of analytical skills, creative insights, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Analyze & optimize performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) by identifying winning creatives, landing pages, and messaging trends
- Work with media buying & content teams to scale best-performing ads and improve ROAS
- Develop CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to maximize website performance and drive higher AOV
- Identify high-growth opportunities in D2C and third-party marketplaces
- Support offline retail strategy by identifying potential partnerships and expansion opportunities in the USA market
Business Insights & Analytics
- Dive into ad performance metrics, funnel data, and customer insights to provide data-driven recommendations
- Develop frameworks for A/B testing creatives, landing pages, and offer structures
- Track customer acquisition costs (CAC), retention trends, and LTV optimization
Market Expansion & Diversification
- Evaluate emerging channels (affiliate, influencer, partnerships, SMS, email) to diversify acquisition
- Monitor industry trends & competitor strategies in the D2C beauty/wellness space
- Support retail partnerships, including wholesale, distributors, and pop-up retail initiatives
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with media buyers, designers, and content teams to refine ad creatives based on winning trends
- Align with the e-commerce, operations, and customer support teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey
- Partner with product & R&D teams to provide insights on consumer demand & new product opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- 3-5 years' experience in growth strategy, performance marketing, or business analytics in a D2C, e-commerce, consulting, or high-growth startup
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing performance analysis, CAC/LTV modelling, and funnel optimization
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth
- Strong grasp of landing page optimization, A/B testing frameworks, and conversion tracking
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment
Good to Have:
- Exposure to offline retail expansion (wholesale, distributor partnerships)
- Experience in US consumer markets & D2C growth tactics
- Familiarity with email/SMS marketing, affiliate, or influencer partnerships
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or advanced Excel modelling
