Job Description:
1. Create and manage the day-to-day Marketing Campaigns across multiple platforms like Meta, Google, Microsoft Bing, LinkedIn, twitter Amongst Others including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization.
2. Utilize data driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve key performance metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
3. Make Data driven decisions to optimize campaigns, including bid management, targeting, creative variations, and landing page optimization.
4. Collaborate with the stakeholders from Brand Team (In-house & Agencies), Content Management Team, Tech team for the creation of Marketing collaterals which must be marketed at the lowest possible costs.
5. Keep ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in performance marketing and share knowledge and insights with the team contributing to the overall growth and success of the company
6. Finding new advertising opportunities in terms of more advertising areas or in terms of ad platforms to increase revenue while maintaining the required profitability.
7. Conduct market research to gain insights into our target market, customer preferences and competitors. Use the findings to refine the marketing strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
1. Graduation and Post Graduation from A grade colleges, with excellent scores throughout (Maths/ Economics, Analytics, Statistics preferred)
2. 1-5 year Experience with digital marketing platforms
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. A go-getter with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
5. Good analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions.
6. Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver with a can-do spirit and a creative "think outside the box" attitude adopting to an ever-changing environment
