BMC Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• We are seeking young graduates who can do coordination with government agencies like BMC offices, Building proposal department, collector office ,land department, ward office etc.
• Candidate who can establish and maintain good relationship with the local government bodies and visit government authorities for approval and documentation.
• Candidate has to prepare and maintain accurate records of all interactions with regulatory bodies including permits, approvals, and correspondence.

Preferred candidate profile

• He should be fluent in Marathi speaking.
• Person who have worked in Government offices and Construction company will be added advantage. Also retired Government officials can apply.
• Need local candidate.
