• Develop Visual Identity: Lead and oversee the development of the institutions visual identity, ensuring it aligns with the institute's mission, values, and goals across all platforms (digital, print, media, etc.).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs across various media (social media, websites, print, promotional materials) maintain a consistent aesthetic and visual tone that reflects the institutions brand.
• Creative Direction: Provide creative direction for all media-related projects, ensuring high-quality design and creativity in alignment with project objectives. Inspire and motivate the creative team.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and communications departments to create strategic visual campaigns that promote the institutions programs, events, and initiatives.

• Stay Updated on Design Trends: Continuously research and implement the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the institutions media presence fresh and relevant.
• Creative Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the design team by encouraging experimentation with new design concepts, styles, and technologies.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor and evaluate competitors' branding and design strategies to ensure the institution remains competitive in terms of design aesthetics and presentation.
