Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that engage customers and promote brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market research and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to promote the brand.
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, including social media, TV, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitor activities.
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction levels.
• Write compelling and creative copy for marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and website content.
• Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, publishers, and other external partners to support promotional activities.
• Monitor and assess the progress of marketing campaigns using various metrics and provide performance reports.
• Collaborate with management to prepare marketing budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with photographers/videographers during shoots to ensure high-quality visual content for marketing materials.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics.
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM systems).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and web analytics tools (e.g., WebTrends).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creative mindset with commercial awareness.
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
