BI Support Engineer (6-11 yrs)

BI Support Engineer : This person will take care about level 1 + 2 support of Data Engineering + Cube Applications

Tasks :

- Working close together with Data Engineers on projects and create "Ops Guide" and align Deployment Timeplan.

- Evaluate and monitors Data programs created by Data Engineer and gives feedback how it runs on production system and propose technical improvements.

- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical problems

- Troubleshoot and provides solutions issued by end users

- Use psp and JIRA data to visual user issues and technical issues. Report to Data Engineers to prevent issues from happening again

Skills :

- Knowledge of creating and maintaining synapse data pipelines

- Knowledge of creating and maintaining Power BI Reports and datasets

- Knowledge working with git hub repos

- Knowledge of monitoring Synapse data pipelines and Databases and PBI Reports

- Familiarity with supporting data engineering and Power BI applications in a high-availability and high-performance environment

- Excellent customer service skills, strong technical trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
